1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "42vip," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the 42vip online gaming platform accessible at https://42vip.cam.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who registers for and uses a 42vip account.
• "Platform" means the 42vip website, mobile web application, and all associated software, systems, and services.
• "Account" means the registered player account held on the 42vip Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by you in Philippine Pesos (PHP/₱) and held in your account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to credits, free bets, or promotional funds granted to your account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means a real-money or bonus-money stake placed on a game outcome or sporting event through the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required under anti-money laundering regulations.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory authority overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond 42vip's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or widespread network failures.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 42vip account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform, refrain from creating an account, and contact customer support to close any existing account. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 42vip with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.

3 Eligibility and Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain a 42vip account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an account.
• You are a resident of the Philippines or are physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing the Platform.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 42vip or any other licensed gaming operator pursuant to a self-exclusion request that remains in force.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of 42vip or any of its affiliated entities.
• You are not using the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. 42vip reserves the right to request supporting identification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or equivalent) at any time to verify your eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of your account.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account on the 42vip Platform. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 42vip reserves the right to close all duplicates, void any associated winnings, and retain any balances to cover administrative costs.

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 42vip login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

42vip will treat all activity conducted through your account as authorized by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify 42vip immediately via the 24/7 live chat support channel. 42vip shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

You agree to keep your registered contact details — including your email address and mobile number — accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your registered details may require re-verification of your identity. 42vip reserves the right to freeze account withdrawals pending re-verification where registered contact details have been changed.

Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 42vip will make reasonable efforts to notify you before applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will not reduce your balance below zero.

5 Deposits and Payment Methods

42vip accepts deposits in Philippine Pesos (₱) through the following verified payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.

All funds deposited to your 42vip account must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the deposit source does not match the account holder's identity — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of each transaction and may vary by payment method and account verification level. 42vip does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 42vip accepts no responsibility.

42vip is not a financial institution. Funds held in your 42vip account do not accrue interest and are not covered by the Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) or any equivalent scheme. By depositing funds, you acknowledge and accept this.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests from your 42vip Real Money Balance may be submitted at any time through the account cashier. All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) and anti-money laundering checks prior to processing.

GCash and Maya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, UnionBank) are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times may be extended during public holidays or peak periods. 42vip will communicate any delays to affected players via the registered email or mobile number.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that match the identity of the registered account holder. 42vip reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or where cumulative withdrawals exceed threshold amounts under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Where 42vip has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms, the Company may freeze withdrawals, request additional documentation, or refer the matter to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. In such cases, no liability shall attach to 42vip for delays in processing withdrawals.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

42vip offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty program rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published at the point of opt-in and on the Promotions page of the Platform.

Unless otherwise specified in individual promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus credits must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the resulting winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issuance. Unused or unwagered bonus credits will expire at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms.
• 42vip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring any bonuses already accepted by players in good faith.
• Players who use irregular betting patterns, exploit software errors, or engage in any form of bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players and are offered at 42vip's sole discretion. 42vip reserves the right to decline or limit bonus eligibility for any player without providing reasons, including where anti-fraud systems flag unusual bonus redemption patterns.

8 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games offered on the 42vip Platform — including slot games, live dealer tables, RNG table games, bingo rooms, arcade games, and sports betting markets — operate under their own individual game rules, which are made available within the game interface or help section.

All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on the Platform use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories to ensure random and fair game outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by qualified dealers and streamed in real time under controlled studio conditions.

In the event of a disconnection or technical fault during a game round, the Platform will attempt to complete the round based on the state of play at the time of disconnection. Where completion is not possible, the wager for the affected round will be refunded to your Real Money Balance. 42vip's determination of the outcome of any affected game round shall be final and binding.

Sports betting odds are determined by 42vip's trading team and are subject to change without notice prior to an event commencing. Settled odds are final. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, 42vip's decision, based on verified official results from the relevant sports governing body, shall be conclusive.

9 Prohibited Conduct

You are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct on the 42vip Platform:

1. Using any software, script, robot, or automated tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
2. Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from exploitation of a technical error will be void.
3. Colluding with other players to achieve an unfair outcome, including in multiplayer games or live dealer rooms.
4. Placing bets on the outcome of events where you have insider knowledge or an unfair informational advantage.
5. Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or fund any activity that violates Philippine law.
6. Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
7. Registering more than one account or allowing another person to operate your account.
8. Engaging in any activity that undermines the integrity of the 42vip Platform or its reputation with players, regulators, or payment providers.
9. Threatening, harassing, or abusing any 42vip customer support agent or other platform user.

Where 42vip identifies or has reasonable suspicion of prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to immediately suspend the relevant account, void all wagers and bonuses associated with the prohibited activity, withhold withdrawals, and report the matter to PAGCOR or relevant law enforcement authorities.

10 Responsible Gaming

42vip is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base in the Philippines. We recognize that while most players enjoy gambling as entertainment, a small number may develop problematic gambling behaviour. The following tools are available to all registered players through the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set number of continuous hours of play.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in any given period before the system prevents further betting.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30, 60, or 90 days) or permanent exclusion from all 42vip services. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 42vip Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, and design elements — is the property of 42vip or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine intellectual property law and international copyright conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of 42vip.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to 42vip regarding the Platform may be used by 42vip freely and without obligation or compensation to you. By providing such feedback, you waive any intellectual property rights you may hold in that feedback to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 42vip shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

42vip's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 42vip account in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

42vip does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection law.

42vip shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay is attributable to a Force Majeure event, provided that 42vip notifies you as soon as practicable of the occurrence and expected duration of the Force Majeure event.

13 Privacy and Data Protection

42vip collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.

Personal data collected includes registration information, identity verification documents, transaction records, and gameplay data. This data is used for account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, regulatory reporting, and improvement of Platform services. 42vip will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data held by 42vip, subject to our legal and regulatory retention obligations. To exercise these rights, contact our support team using the contact details set out in Section 18 of these Terms.

14 Account Suspension and Termination

42vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• 42vip is required to do so by law, regulation, or order from a regulatory or government authority.
• 42vip reasonably suspects fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity associated with your account.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Your account has been identified as a duplicate of another account held by you.
• You have invoked a self-exclusion request through 42vip's responsible gaming tools.

In the event of account closure for legitimate reasons and where no breach of these Terms has occurred, 42vip will process a withdrawal of your verified Real Money Balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from breach of these Terms, 42vip reserves the right to retain the balance pending investigation and potential forfeiture in accordance with applicable regulations.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the 42vip support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal game rules.

15 Amendments to These Terms

42vip reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 42vip will provide at least seven (7) days' prior notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered players via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the change.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date and version number, is always available at https://42vip.cam/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

16 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 17 below. Nothing in this clause shall limit 42vip's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

17 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 42vip account or the Platform, you should first contact our customer support team via the 24/7 live chat function or by email at [email protected]. Our support team will endeavour to resolve your complaint within 5 business days of receipt.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within 10 business days, you may escalate the matter to our dedicated Complaints Manager by submitting a written description of your complaint, including all relevant account and transaction details, to the same email address with the subject line "Formal Complaint — Escalation."

Where a dispute relates to the outcome of a specific game or sporting event, 42vip's determination based on verified data from the relevant game provider or sports governing body shall be considered final and binding, absent manifest error. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
